A visibility check is one prompt checked on one supported AI answer surface for one target entity. Runs can group many checks together, so you can test one question or a larger prompt/platform surface.
Sleepwalker uses pay-as-you-go credits. Every new account starts with 10 free credits, enough for one full brand check across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, and Gemini, no credit card required. After that, add money in the app, receive credits, and spend them only on billable actions such as visibility checks, page serialization, trend discovery, content scoring, or persisted runs. Read and polling actions are normally unmetered.
Small checks usually finish within a few minutes. Larger runs depend on the number of prompts and selected platforms. Sleepwalker queues runs, exposes status polling, and keeps completed results available in the account.
Yes. The Console is the human control plane, but the same action layer is available through API and MCP. Agents and scripts can create runs, poll status, read results, and perform bounded one-off actions.
Yes. Infrastructure actions can work directly from a URL. You can serialize a page, discover trends, score content, or create a persisted Content Intelligence run without first creating a dashboard-only test.
Full persisted runs are visible in the Console. Activity focuses on request volume, sources, status, and credit usage. The API and MCP expose compact status and result endpoints for automation.
No. Sleepwalker does not bypass, circumvent, or evade any website protection, anti-bot system, or access control. We fetch pages as a standard web client. If a website blocks our request, we report the result transparently as unavailable and do not penalise your score for something outside your control.
