Sleepwalker shows how AI assistants represent your brand and your content. It performs two kinds of runs: one scores the quality and freshness of any page you care about, and the other asks real AI assistants the kinds of questions your customers actually ask, then checks whether your brand, domain, or URL appears in the answer, and where competitors show up instead. You get scored results, raw AI responses, cited sources, and specific recommendations for what to improve.

Sleepwalker queries ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, and Gemini, the four major AI assistants that answer questions with live web search. You can check against any combination of them, or all four at once. We add new platforms as they become relevant without changing your plan.

You get 10 free runs with no credit card required. Each run can query multiple AI platforms and analyse a single page. When you want continuous monitoring, you can start a 7-day trial of any paid plan. A valid payment method is required, but you can cancel anytime before the trial ends and pay nothing. If you don't cancel, your plan continues automatically.

Most runs finish in 30 to 90 seconds. The exact time depends on how many AI platforms you select and how many prompts each platform answers. Platforms are queried in parallel, so adding more doesn't multiply the wait. The slowest platform sets the pace. We show you a live progress estimate while the run executes.

Yes. Sleepwalker supports 30 languages and 66 markets. It automatically detects language and market from your URL: subdomain, path, or country-code domain. It then generates prompts in that language so you see how AI assistants talk about you in each market. You can also override the detection manually.

Sleepwalker shows you the exact, unedited responses from each AI assistant, including every source they cite. Because AI outputs are probabilistic, they can be incomplete or occasionally incorrect. We don't filter or rewrite them. Platform errors and temporary outages are tracked separately from your actual visibility score, so a flaky provider doesn't distort your data.

You can cancel or change your plan anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you keep access until then. If a renewal payment fails, we don't retry it automatically; your subscription ends at the period close. To avoid interruption, update your payment method before your next renewal date.

No. Sleepwalker does not bypass, circumvent, or evade any website protection, anti-bot system, or access control. We fetch pages as a standard web client. If a website blocks our request, we report the result transparently as unavailable and do not penalise your score for something outside your control.
