Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Sleepwalker AI subscription at any time. Simply log into your account, navigate to Settings, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
2. No Refunds for Unused Time
Once you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period. Your access ends at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you cancel on the 15th of a month and your billing date is the 1st, you retain access until the end of that month.
3. No Refunds for Past Billing Periods
We do not issue refunds for past billing periods. You are responsible for checking the terms before your payment is processed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support immediately and we will investigate.
4. Billing Cycle
Your subscription renews on the same day each month or year (depending on your plan) until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect immediately—no future charges will be processed.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails, we will attempt to charge you again within 7 days. If the second attempt fails, your account will be suspended until payment is successful. You can update your payment method in your account settings at any time.
6. Refunds for Billing Errors
If we charge you in error, contact support@sleepwalker.ai immediately with documentation. We will investigate and issue a refund for duplicate or erroneous charges within 30 days.
7. Data After Cancellation
After you cancel, your account and all monitoring data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Please download any reports or data you need before canceling.
