Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of a paid plan. A valid payment method is required to activate the trial, but no charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial via your account, and no charge will be made.
The trial is the primary way to evaluate Sleepwalker AI before paying. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will be billed automatically and the subscription will continue until canceled.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Sleepwalker AI subscription at any time. Log into your account, navigate to Settings, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; no future charges will be processed.
3. No Refunds for Unused Time
Once you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel on the 15th of a month and your billing date is the 1st, you retain access until the end of that month.
4. No Refunds for Past Billing Periods
We do not issue refunds for past billing periods. You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal if you no longer wish to be billed. If you believe you were charged in error, see Section 6 below.
5. Failed Payments
We do not retry failed renewal payments. If a renewal payment fails, your subscription is canceled and access ends at the end of the current billing period. You can re-subscribe at any time at app.sleepwalker.ai. To avoid interruption, update your payment method in your account settings before the next renewal date.
6. Refunds for Billing Errors and Goodwill Refunds
If we charge you in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact info@sleepwalker.ai with the relevant invoice or transaction details. We will investigate and refund duplicate or erroneous charges within 30 days.
If you forgot to cancel during the free trial and were charged for a billing period during which you did not meaningfully use the Service, you may contact us within 14 days of the charge to request a goodwill refund. Goodwill refunds are evaluated case-by-case and granted at our discretion; they are not a guaranteed entitlement.
7. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, your subscription access ends at the end of the current billing period. If you request account deletion, your account and monitoring data will be deleted within 30 days, except for billing records and other information we are required or permitted to retain by law. Please export any reports or data you need before requesting deletion.
